Return & Exchange Policy

Yes, given the product doesn’t show any sign of having been worn and all the tags remain intact. Vedaryaa’s discretion would be final in this regard. You can raise an exchange request on our website or a mail can also be sent. We will reach you ASAP.

We do not accept returns. You can change the product for a different size (if available) otherwise we shall issue a credit note in your favor once the item is safely shipped to us. This credit note can be used to purchase any other product from our website within 30 days from the issue of the note.

We do not give refunds of any kind.

Yes, a gift can also be returned. The charges for gift wrap would not be included in the credit note or adjusted with another product that you choose to buy afterwards.

We are happy to offer a 2 day return policy for unused and unworn items with all the packaging and other accessories attached.

We do not offer refunds on Personalized items, Sale Items, and Free Gifts.

There are 5 easy steps to return a product:

Step 1: Write to us asking for a return mentioning the reason for the exchange and attaching the referential photos of the unused/unworn items at info@vedaryaa.com

Step 2: Once the request is processed and confirmed the return pick-up details will be shared to you via an email.

Step 3: The pick-up will be scheduled by us within 5-7 working days.

Step 4: You will receive a credit voucher/balance for the amount of the style/s returned (COD excluded) once we verify that the products returned are unused/unworn and have all the packaging intact. This process can take 5-7 working days.

Step 5: A size exchange equals a new order to be placed.

In case the products that you choose to purchase from our website do not meet your expectations, we are not liable to provide any compensation except return, credit voucher or exchange of the product. The customer cannot request compensation for reasons like :

Variation in the appearance of the product

Delay in delivery caused by unexpected circumstances

Issue with our delivery partners or their personnel

Voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date

Unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc.

For the shipping and tracking of the order we have the standard online tracking system. A tracking number will be shared with you via an E-mail or SMS once the product has been dispatched. You can also track your order under the ‘My Account’ section on our website. Your order should be delivered to you within 2 – 10 working days, depending on your pin code.

Cancellation of an order is only possible if you notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. You can get in touch with us regarding the same by writing to us at info@vedaryaa.com. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will share a confirmation of the same via email. If a prepaid order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including the shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Currently, no product at VEDARYAA falls under the ambit of warranty.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VEDARYAA from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by VEDARYAA that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these supply terms or any additional terms applicable to the purchase of products.

In no event shall VEDARYAA and its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to you, the vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or VEDARYAA has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the products and services herein. Not with standing anything to contrary, VEDARYAA entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer for Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

Delivering on a specific date or priority shipping is not an issue. You just need to reach out to us via email/call and explain all the specifications as soon as you place the order. Once we have the details in advance, we will definitely look into delivering the order according to your mentioned preferences. In case you have been late in calling us, we will take down the details but will not be able to assure the delivery as it is handled by the courier companies.

Shipping details with the tracking number will be shared with you via an E-mail or Whatsapp once the product has been dispatched.

Your order should reach you within 2 – 10 working days, depending on your pin code in India. Shipments might take more time than usual during the Covid19 pandemic.

VEDARYAA is happy to offer a 2 day exchange policy from the date you receive the shipment.

The refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 120 days from the date the store credits are issued to you.

It must be noted that this applies only to unused and unworn items with all the packing intact.

COD and/or Shipping charges will be deducted from the store credits given to you.

Step 1: Whatsapp us on +91 93192 15187 or write to us on Info@vedaryaa.com mentioning your order number and the reason for the exchange of your unused/unworn order items. Kindly attach the referential photos of concerned items.

Step 2: Once the request is processed and confirmed, the return pick-up details will be shared with you via an email or WhatsApp.

Step 3: The return pick-up will be scheduled by us within 5-7 working days.

Step 4: Once we verify that the products returned are unused/unworn and have all the packaging intact, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the item/s returned (COD & Shipping excluded).

This process can take 5-7 working days.

Please note that:

– The confirmation and execution of the exchange processes would take place only on working days.

– If a part of an order is cancelled, full shipping charges will be deducted.

– Shipping charges of the delivered order will not be refunded.

– Vedaryaa has authority to disapprove your return/exchange request if it fails the quality check test.

The refund will be in the form of store credits that you have to use within 120 days from the date the store credits are issued to you.

Shipping charges & COD charges will not be refunded and will be deducted from the store credits issued to you.

You can access your store credit from the ‘My Account’ section.

Yes, except for the free gifts, Sales, promotional offers and discounted items all the products are eligible for an exchange.

We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstance if you do receive a damaged, defective or wrong product or an incomplete order altogether; get in touch with us at info@vedaryaa.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with details of the issue. Also, attach referential pictures of the same and we will take care of the rest.

Once the return reaches us and is approved on the lines of our exchange policy, you will receive a refund via store credits in 4 to 5 working days.

Yes, we do accept gifting.

You can get in touch with us on our WhatsApp on +91  93192 15187 at the time of placing the order and can share the note that you wish to attach with the gift.

The charges for gift wrap would be Rs. 200/- extra.

Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders.

COD orders will be charged at Rs. 150/- per product.

VEDARYAA holds the authority to disapprove your return/exchange request if it fails the quality check test or doesn’t have all the packaging intact.

However, as a part of the process, the concerned person will get in touch with you with the details of the issue via an email or a call.

Yes, we do accept bulk orders.

To place a bulk order, WhatsApp us on 93192 15187 or write to us on info@vedaryaa.com and we shall get in touch with you soon.

We do try to reach as many areas/pin codes as possible but if in case your area does not fall under our areas of reach, we will get in touch with the courier company regarding the same and try to help you avail the service. You are requested to get in touch with us via an email at info@vedaryaa.com regarding the same. Though, it must be noted that we can only confirm after getting a confirmation from the courier company.

 

Three delivery attempts will be made by the delivery company before your order reaches back to us.

Yes, we do offer the COD option at Rs. 150/- per product.

Not all pin codes have the COD facility by the shipping company.

In such a case, order will only be accepted/dispatched once the order is paid for.

 

You can pay via Credit Card, Debit Cards, COD, UPI, PayTM and Razorpay.

If the online payment fails write to us at info@vedaryaa.com with the order details. We will send you a payment link through which you can pay and we can process your online payment or you can even opt for the COD option chargeable at Rs. 150/- per product.

All the prices are inclusive of GST.

 

Package cannot be opened before the payment has been made. Though, we urge you to NOT accept any package that is in a tampered state.

Rest assured, card information is not collected or stored by us.However, if you do suspect any such issue, kindly report to your bank and notify us about the same.

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order.

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will share a confirmation of the same via an email.

We passionately believe in sourcing and using the best quality materials. However, we currently don’t provide warranties and we would recommend the below mentioned ways to keep your product looking as good as new for as long as possible.

– Keep away from liquid/moisture like water, heavy sweat, perfume, chemicals, lotions, etc….

– Store in a zip lock bag or a box when not in use.

– Clean with a dry soft cotton cloth only.

– Please make sure that the products are handled gently to avoid scratches/dents/damages.
